Soundeffects are the invisible actors in the room. They can shape a story even when there is no image.
Shaping those sound effects to make them feel real, coherent and authentic is an art form called sound design.
Sounddesign is all about stretching, speeding, layering and transforming source sounds to fit the scene.
At Thinkntalk we start from high end source material, recorded in-house or at external locations.
We record with high-end outboard equipment and microphones.
We combine these organic sounds with synthetic sounds and manipulate them to create otherworldly sound effects.
